Dear Sir,
I live/work in Peshawar , I have received a court notice from the office of 1st senior civil judge malir Karachi on 3-03-10 regarding Guardian and ward application 12/03 .application u/9 7 R/W section-8 C(A) of the guardian and ward act 1890 from Maj. Syed Akhlaq Mohammad Vs Mrs syeda faria amin. I haven’t received any detail as what is the case about.I have tried but IU can’t come in person and neither was unable to get a lawyer who can help me transfer the case to the Peshawar court. please help me.
