We enclose for your information and necessary action a copy of the Banking Companies (Recovery of Loans, Advances, Credits and Finances) Ordinance, 1997 (Ordinance No. XXV of 1997) published in the Gazette of Pakistan, Extra Ordinary, Part I dated the 4th February, 1997 together with a copy of Ministry of Law, Justice, Human Rights and Parliamentary Affairs Notification dated 11th February, 1997 regarding establishment of banking courts.
