This looks like a very good and well defined effort.
Mr Sarwari, I have one question for which I do know the answer – as many lawyers have told me – but the relevant reference is not known.
The question is that, if a U.S. citizen wants to file a claim in Pakistan against a Pakistani national, would he need to file some kind of a “Monetary Bond” along with his claim or not?
The answer by most lawyers who normally file cases for their foreign clients is, “NO”.
But my requirement is that is there a specific mention in any law that any such bond is not required?
If it is not mentioned anywhere then there must be some case law that can be sited.
Can you refer any?
